Grief & Emotional Wellness Support

Find the peace within you, to experience the beauty all around you.

Hi there!

I’m really happy you’re here. I’m Nicole Scimone - and those closest to me will call me Nicci. So you can too if you’d like!

If you are grieving a profound loss then I really hope you stay for a minute and that you feel right at home. I am a Certified Grief Coach and I am deeply passionate about this work.

I believe that our grief needs space and time to be seen and heard, to be felt fully, and gently witnessed. Then we can begin to move forward with genuine peace and hope for the future.

We each find our own unique way to carry our grief through out our lives. And the road we walk to get there looks different for each person.

And I would love to shine the light for you, as you find your way.

FROM ONE GRIEVER TO ANOTHER

When I found myself deep in my own grief after my dad passed away, I remember asking questions like - How do I navigate through this? How do I survive this? My world is on fire, what do I do now? Will my life only ever be sad now?

I understand all of these very valid questions and emotions. It feels like our grief is going to swallow us whole, maybe even shatter us into pieces. You wonder if there is anything beyond that grief.

After avoiding my feelings for a while, I finally leaned into some very grief specific support and everything changed. It was the first time I really gave my grief the proper time and reflection that it needed. Soon I started to understand this language and it gave me a much more hopeful look at my future.

‍ ‍Things I Have Learned…

  • You can hold space for both grief AND joy

  • Writing out your emotions and experiences will be so helpful, so please grab a journal

  • MOVE the energy of your grief- dance it out, work it out, breathe it out

  • This is your grief, so do things YOUR way. There is no “right” way

  • Our grief only becomes lighter as we learn ways to carry it

  • Your grief is not a problem to fix, but something to feel into and experience fully

  • When you do the work, this grief has the power to transform you into a newer and better version of yourself
